Walid Khairallah is a distinguished attorney, registered at the Beirut Bar Association since 2014, with a primary focus on corporate law. 

His legal journey commenced at the esteemed law firm of Boutros, Ziade and Associates, renowned for its exceptional legal practice in Lebanon. This early experience provided Walid with a solid foundation and exposure to a wide range of corporate legal matters.

Prior to his professional practice, Walid undertook valuable internships at prestigious institutions, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, and Banks Audi and Byblos. Notably, he was selected among a few individuals to participate in an esteemed internship program at the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) in Paris, France. This opportunity further enhanced his understanding of international arbitration and its intricate dynamics.

Walid's academic achievements include a dual bachelor's degree in law and Political Sciences from Saint Joseph University in 2013. Complementing his educational background, he pursued a DESS from Filière Francophone de Droit and a Master's Degree in Law with a specialization in business law from Saint Joseph University. Currently, Walid is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA), further expanding his knowledge and expertise in corporate matters.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Walid possesses strong language skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
